COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor 2G5V12.5-SF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Boston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Boston parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Boston product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston such as the ORC3FJT9P26T1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F72115B7J manufactured by Boston and we are pleased to be able to service most Boston systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FWA726150B56 by Manufacturer Boston as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Black-Clawson Brand 24P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bonfigioli such as VF44F1 equipment made by Bonfigioli have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bonfigioli products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bonfigioli" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RP134S2HDAFSeries made by Beijing-Saili-Transmission-Co as well as the popular GRO156C033 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F32415G1 by Boston and VF44F1 spares by Bonfigioli are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 175B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston. |
