COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor 1DNM3584T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Genrad parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro such as the 100SDIFFS66SM12N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1409G manufactured by Genrad and we are pleased to be able to service most Genrad systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 184D by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gettys Brand 16048203 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 16050760 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10c151w439 made by Baldor as well as the popular 11801000CI6D34FT2B original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1326ABA2E110328A by Allen-Bradley and 16050760 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1200087001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gould. |
