COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor 182 T FRAME parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lenze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weg such as the 01518ET3E254TW22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0L2000M manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1353165520 by Manufacturer Lenze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wantai Brand 110BYGH201001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as 10MA06B0651B211 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 16037588 made by Gettys as well as the popular 1370FFE original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0608600003 by Bosch and 10MA06B0651B211 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1326ABB505C2125200A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
