COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor 0154224, 0017320, 0033-771, 0025-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Berger-Lahr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumuller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Compumotor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Berger-Lahr such as the WDP531805100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BUS6VC0E0036 manufactured by Baumuller and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumuller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ARCC by Manufacturer Compumotor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baumuller Brand BUC260603400101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Danfoss such as VLT5011PT5B20SBR1DLF00A00C0 equipment made by Danfoss have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danfoss products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danfoss" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CC450ARVDT11FMC made by Carlen as well as the popular HD52AR228 original spares produced by Carrier Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KIK55001 by Berger-Lahr and VLT5011PT5B20SBR1DLF00A00C0 spares by Danfoss are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 00PPG000007203A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carrier. |
