COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bailey IMMFC03 INFI 90 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dvt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hitachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC071C0NS3C095A0S001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IS540100 manufactured by Dvt and we are pleased to be able to service most Dvt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MBM300GS12A by Manufacturer Hitachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leuze-Electronic Brand LSRL71328SE60100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bonitron such as M334544SMF0 equipment made by Bonitron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bonitron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bonitron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LK2100 made by Keyence as well as the popular MBM400HR6G original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDD112CN020N2L130PB0 by Indramat and M334544SMF0 spares by Bonitron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAGJ00200MM0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Madge-Smart. |
