COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley MPL-A310P-MJ24AA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the ME3363BLBAN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCV40A00155A3400 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MH425D63PS115010SH by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC112D2HD2B130A0S05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as MDD112DN015N2M130PB1 equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MO1001 made by Mavilor as well as the popular MHM340CONS0000 original spares produced by Control-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MA94875L1 by Baldor and MDD112DN015N2M130PB1 spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDFSB1003PQK82BS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
