COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa UGHMED 20GG20X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Inland parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Api-Elmo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the TVM2150220300W1115220 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TTBL4207B406140271 manufactured by Inland and we are pleased to be able to service most Inland systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TS2640N14E172 by Manufacturer Api-Elmo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Perfection-Gear Brand UC1815A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nord such as SK9022 equipment made by Nord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nord" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SPGL200M22 made by Hydromatic as well as the popular TT42074006D original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T525A by Us-Motor and SK9022 spares by Nord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TFUE05ZC7 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
