COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa UGHMED 20GG20X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Duff-Norton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Century parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Duff-Norton such as the TKM90145 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T48030 manufactured by Century and we are pleased to be able to service most Century systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SSM307B by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weiss Brand TC0220T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Elettromandrini such as TMPES142 equipment made by Elettromandrini have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elettromandrini products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elettromandrini" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TSG4R5AGMRX3X made by Rowan-Elettronica as well as the popular SP100MF15131000 original spares produced by Alpha Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T2M2030000216 by Vickers and TMPES142 spares by Elettromandrini are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TTR42341011BA400C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Industrial-Drives. |
