COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Zf 2K12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lovejoy products, including obsoleted and phased-out Preece parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dayton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lovejoy such as the 403E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3040001370182 manufactured by Preece and we are pleased to be able to service most Preece systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4Z015C by Manufacturer Dayton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marley Brand 343T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Singulus such as 32102005000 equipment made by Singulus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Singulus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Singulus" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4RP60 made by Dayton as well as the popular 2MM220WICR original spares produced by Fafnir

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 500MDXD2 by Falk and 32102005000 spares by Singulus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 375Q180LR151 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Morse.
