COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yokogawa ur1000 436004//A2/E2/M1/S25N1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Accu-coder parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BLT5A11M0381PS32 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 802S30H2048RHV1K1SGN manufactured by Accu-coder and we are pleased to be able to service most Accu-coder systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FANUC2000IBAXIS13ZONE01 by Manufacturer Balluff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand AMDSL110S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wyse such as WT9440XL equipment made by Wyse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wyse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wyse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XBTGT4340 made by Schneider as well as the popular XL4 original spares produced by Horner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XL4004D4TX3015 by Vorne and WT9440XL spares by Wyse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AL126 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Advanced. |
