COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yokogawa UR1005C8CB-2PN C/LID010432 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Intelligent-Instrumentation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Intelligent-Instrumentation such as the CTM200G00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C73451A430D81 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6ES55115AA14 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6AV66420DC011AX0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as A970G0TTBAB equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 16059013 made by Varan as well as the popular ABB2524008511RC11 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PK10C4A8 by Allen-Bradley and A970G0TTBAB spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A02B0166C201R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
