COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yokogawa UB5C-015N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Furnas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A61L00010094 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 96AA21 manufactured by Furnas and we are pleased to be able to service most Furnas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2711PT10C6D22711PRN62711PRDT10C by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Matsushita Brand GT30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yokogawa such as UR1005C8CB2PNCLID010432 equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yokogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yokogawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ADM11 made by Yokogawa as well as the popular 7ML57401AC110A original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PT12W22D9PAPLC by Allen-Bradley and UR1005C8CB2PNCLID010432 spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E01058001201 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma. |
