COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yokogawa SR1045B82-2SN/L1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Total-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the IC3000CS100R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CQPICGDE0000 manufactured by Total-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Total-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A61L00010096 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6FX11281BA00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A20B8001029002A equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 51603400 made by Durant-Solid-State as well as the popular ECN131351262S1278 original spares produced by Heidenhain Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UD1AG3050N6KD2TANS1UD1AG3 by Yokogawa and A20B8001029002A spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 920187403 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
