COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yokogawa SR1045B62-4SN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yokogawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yokogawa such as the ADM11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2668184213253723969 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 140XBP01600 by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Horner Brand HE6930IU190C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 6AV78613TA000AA0 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6DR51200NG000AA0 made by Siemens as well as the popular DR1015B5 original spares produced by Yokogawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ER5BRTD by Yokogawa and 6AV78613TA000AA0 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CTM200G00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Intelligent-Instrumentation. |
