COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yokogawa PC0103A 000 B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Beckhoff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Beckhoff such as the CP620300010020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IQA6000 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2711PT12C4A8 by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yokogawa Brand DR1015B5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Quick-Panel such as CQPICTAE0000CQPICTAE0000A equipment made by Quick-Panel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quick-Panel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quick-Panel" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6es53188mb12 made by Siemens as well as the popular 6ES71221BB000AA0 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 35313957A by Cincinnati and CQPICTAE0000CQPICTAE0000A spares by Quick-Panel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2711PT6C20DC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
