COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yokogawa HR2400 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Power-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bonitron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the KC32225 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M1046CXR manufactured by Power-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Power-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M3452H600K6 by Manufacturer Bonitron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand MS46LR301570Q1RNCFP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kuka such as KCP2 equipment made by Kuka have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kuka products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kuka" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MV0IED24ILQV made by Distaview-Corp as well as the popular KLF1 original spares produced by Westinghouse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3655A138 by Ge and KCP2 spares by Kuka are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IVC3D21111 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick.
