COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yokogawa F3BU09-0N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Idec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bradley such as the S15120E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6AV78840AB103BA0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HGCCPENDANT by Manufacturer Idec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6AV66400DA110AX0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Carrier such as CEPL13044503R equipment made by Carrier have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carrier products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carrier" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A02B0303C128 made by Fanuc as well as the popular NS10TV00BV1 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DOPB07E415 by Delta and CEPL13044503R spares by Carrier are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NB7WTW01B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
