COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yokogawa DR1015B5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hilscher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the F930GOTBWDEHM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CIF50PB manufactured by Hilscher and we are pleased to be able to service most Hilscher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6ED10521FB000BA8 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A20B8001029002A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hunkar-Labs such as 60550 equipment made by Hunkar-Labs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hunkar-Labs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hunkar-Labs" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SK110220TAV11 made by Yuken as well as the popular DEA051 original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8503 by Xycom and 60550 spares by Hunkar-Labs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HE6930IU190C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Horner. |
