COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yokogawa DR-1008B-115 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Perske parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Brook product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the USASEM02AE2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VS31092 manufactured by Perske and we are pleased to be able to service most Perske systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Z500178 by Manufacturer Brook as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand USASEM08YR61043 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toei-Velconic such as VLBSTY04030SOU001 equipment made by Toei-Velconic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toei-Velconic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toei-Velconic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available WWE7536213T made by World-Wide as well as the popular USAMED30MS2TD original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VBM3554 by Baldor and VLBSTY04030SOU001 spares by Toei-Velconic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WFC40050C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods. |
