COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yokogawa DB5C-015G-2B9A4G2-005-7273/CE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Parker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Parker such as the CMP1424C7D201532 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C4D17F2GampC4D17FKG manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C40E0901AG300 by Manufacturer Sick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand C6C11FC1G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo such as CN100T200E equipment made by Sanyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CLP2135CS02 made by Gm-Spec as well as the popular C6C17FC5B original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM3610T by Baldor and CN100T200E spares by Sanyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CGD27TB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
