COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yokogawa DB5C-015G-2B9A4G2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rotron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ls-Leroy-Somer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the CDPX3430 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CH5B0061 manufactured by Rotron and we are pleased to be able to service most Rotron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CB3032SBB3 by Manufacturer Ls-Leroy-Somer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weg Brand CT005504PW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as CIMRE7U23P7 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CEWDBM3542 made by Baldor as well as the popular CZ6T17VC31A original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CSWDM3554T by Baldor and CIMRE7U23P7 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CNHMS036095YASG87 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo. |
