COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yokogawa DB5C-015G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the BSH1001T11F2A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D55543 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BR45031001F by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vickers Brand C3200865 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as BPH0953N5AA2CA1 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CBN3242SB3U143TCNM made by Us-Gearmotor-/-Baldor as well as the popular C4T17FC33A original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Branson by Ultra and BPH0953N5AA2CA1 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CNHM4115YA51 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo. |
