COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yokogawa CP451-11 S2 Processor Module parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Amk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omega parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 S7-300f product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Amk such as the DS556SBO4000B5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DP80 manufactured by Omega and we are pleased to be able to service most Omega systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CPU317F2PNDP by Manufacturer S7-300f as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Herco Brand DESTILLO12DE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Giddings--Lewis such as DSA130230S equipment made by Giddings--Lewis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Giddings--Lewis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Giddings--Lewis" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS3800HLND made by Ge as well as the popular D0000042225111 original spares produced by Intel Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS3800NCBA1A1B by Ge and DSA130230S spares by Giddings--Lewis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS200IPCSG1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
