COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa cimr-g5u41p5 & jvop-130u parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Robotron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Robotron such as the 4520003306 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JPACC341 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6ES71544AB100AB0 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 6180ADFDGFACCCZB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ecd such as C22BrMAPS2 equipment made by Ecd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ecd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ecd" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3D17415G01 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular A02B0166C201TR original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6FX11273AA00 by Siemens and C22BrMAPS2 spares by Ecd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DR1005C802CL1D010432 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yokogawa. |
