COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa YASNAC I80L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Zero-Max parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Zero-Max product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the A9530 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6A37 manufactured by Zero-Max and we are pleased to be able to service most Zero-Max systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Tt3x by Manufacturer Zero-Max as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Abb Brand 3HNM09846 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Allen-Badley such as 42RE11020 equipment made by Allen-Badley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Badley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Badley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C223P made by Zero-Max as well as the popular 42QAG5LEA2 original spares produced by Allen-Badley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 845NSJDN3CHN2 by Allen-Badley and 42RE11020 spares by Allen-Badley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G4780001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Action-Instruments. |
