COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa USASGM-08-HGA3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Matsushita products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lincoln parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Matsushita such as the TS4061N821E19 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TF3968BC manufactured by Lincoln and we are pleased to be able to service most Lincoln systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TTRBH29534003B400 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us-Motor Brand U10E2D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Welco such as T10143064 equipment made by Welco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Welco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Welco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available USAGED44AS2OE made by Yaskawa as well as the popular UR1BZ3030CT020102CN original spares produced by Yokogawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T85805MPTG36000 by Kubler-Turck and T10143064 spares by Welco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SVL2041373002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Automation-Direct. |
