COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa USASEM-10HS13 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shibaura-Toshiba-Ssa-f17150n parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Matsushita product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the TS4083N11E34 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SSAF17150N manufactured by Shibaura-Toshiba-Ssa-f17150n and we are pleased to be able to service most Shibaura-Toshiba-Ssa-f17150n systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature USAPEM02MA14 by Manufacturer Matsushita as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand USAREM05ACD11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnetek such as T363939114361 equipment made by Magnetek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnetek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnetek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available USAGED20AS2K made by Yaskawa as well as the popular TT42063017C original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UPH596B by Oriental and T363939114361 spares by Magnetek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TDP02LT4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hubner. |
