COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa USASEM-08YR61 043 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ledex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yoshikawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ledex such as the UO00205SE2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the US66E manufactured by Yoshikawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yoshikawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature USAMED20B32 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parker Brand TF0100MS050AAAB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marathon such as UJ182TTFL7053BNL equipment made by Marathon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marathon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marathon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SV9F50AS6M0B00 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular ST90LS4 original spares produced by Lafert Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TSB13102B3NHA1 by Golden-Sun and UJ182TTFL7053BNL spares by Marathon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TLA110PBJ32AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
