COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa USASEM-05FJ12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Advanced-Protection-Tech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ac-Technology parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aaon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Advanced-Protection-Tech such as the TE03XAS20E1T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M12150B manufactured by Ac-Technology and we are pleased to be able to service most Ac-Technology systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RN01080B7K2 by Manufacturer Aaon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vishay Brand WSH2818R0400FEA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Keyence such as XG7502P equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keyence products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keyence" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NPSA102MUE9 made by Actus-Power as well as the popular TE01XRS20E1T original spares produced by Advanced-Protection-Tech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WSC3750X48PFE by Cisco and XG7502P spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XYHRSO5M201 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk. |
