COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa USAGED-30A22K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the TT29533076T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TVM2150W1115V manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TLYA130PBJ64AAB by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand SV9F50AS6M0B00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thaishi such as TSB102 equipment made by Thaishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thaishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thaishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SP5859032A0 made by Brook as well as the popular USAGED13A210E original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SMD23E2130EM12P by Amci and TSB102 spares by Thaishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TT42074016D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
