COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa USAGED-13AS1OE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Torquemaster products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shinano-Kenshi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vickers product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Torquemaster such as the TM0402TEM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SST83D1C020 manufactured by Shinano-Kenshi and we are pleased to be able to service most Shinano-Kenshi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T2V6030100216 by Manufacturer Vickers as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand USAFED20CS1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Oriental such as UHG1002B equipment made by Oriental have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Oriental products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Oriental" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SP15P made by Finish-Thompson as well as the popular SV1016B010 original spares produced by Busch Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS4196N3024E203 by Tamagawa and UHG1002B spares by Oriental are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SRF5348448545BC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pacific-Scientific. |
