COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa USAGED-09AS2K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Oriental products, including obsoleted and phased-out Industrial-Drives parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sm-Bevel product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Oriental such as the UPK569AW2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TT42084300e manufactured by Industrial-Drives and we are pleased to be able to service most Industrial-Drives systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Sumimoto by Manufacturer Sm-Bevel as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kollmorgen Brand TT295203058C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Perfection-Gear such as UC1815A equipment made by Perfection-Gear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Perfection-Gear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Perfection-Gear" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TSM1308N8033E227APU01113 made by Tamagawa as well as the popular TTBH295030760 original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the USAFED13FJ11 by Yasakawa and UC1815A spares by Perfection-Gear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UAASKB08CHSB1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
