COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa USAGED-09A22TE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Industrial-Drives parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the TT42054020C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TTE29501010C06 manufactured by Industrial-Drives and we are pleased to be able to service most Industrial-Drives systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SMN1152T2FKPSN by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand TLYA220PBJ64AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sick/stegmann such as SRM50HFA0K21 equipment made by Sick/stegmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick/stegmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick/stegmann" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TFUE25ZD7 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SSF4PTC61 original spares produced by Lincoln Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TTR5301138A11G by Kollmorgen and SRM50HFA0K21 spares by Sick/stegmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TTR4030102A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Inland. |
