COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa USAFED-13-YB21 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Animatics-Corporation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tamagawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Animatics-Corporation such as the SM2315DTBRKETH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the U505012EL7 manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TS4196N3024E203 by Manufacturer Tamagawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has U.s.-Motors Brand U1P3D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Inland such as TTRB5306234B19F equipment made by Inland have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Inland products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Inland" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UAJPEA04BA4KB made by Yaskawa as well as the popular TF4288C original spares produced by Lincoln Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SM10040050PO45S1B1 by Elau and TTRB5306234B19F spares by Inland are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SK63L4CUS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nord. |
