COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa USAFED-05DA2K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tamagawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sick/stegmann product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tamagawa such as the TS3029N3E106 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TX4000160 manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SRM50HFA0K21 by Manufacturer Sick/stegmann as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand USAFED05DA2K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yokogawa such as UR1BZ3030CT020102CN equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yokogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yokogawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SS56C1M4 made by North-American as well as the popular SP210MF15141000 original spares produced by Alpha Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TYPESEEVFV by Mitsubishi and UR1BZ3030CT020102CN spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SP11640 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Uva. |
