COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa USADED-37E32KE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lh parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the UGJMED40L0K11X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TTM3312Y2Y115 manufactured by Lh and we are pleased to be able to service most Lh systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UGRMEM08MSA11 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pacific-Scientific Brand SRF5348448545BC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Shin-myung-Helical-Worm such as SMW25 equipment made by Shin-myung-Helical-Worm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shin-myung-Helical-Worm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shin-myung-Helical-Worm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available U708BT032EL2 made by Sanyo as well as the popular U505012EL7 original spares produced by Sanyo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UJ5S2AM by Us-Motor and SMW25 spares by Shin-myung-Helical-Worm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original U005A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marathon. |
