COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa UGJMED-80 MOK12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lincoln products, including obsoleted and phased-out Singulus-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lincoln such as the TF4288C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TC47 manufactured by Singulus-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Singulus-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM07060010P144S1B0 by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pacific-Scientific Brand SK53DYY1YYY05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lincoln such as TF42880 equipment made by Lincoln have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lincoln products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lincoln" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UGHMED12TMA2 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular TMPES142 original spares produced by Elettromandrini Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SP75MF15 by Alpha and TF42880 spares by Lincoln are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SL97A543MHRESMB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
