COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa UGHMED-20-TMA2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Api-Elmo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Speedtronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the UGHMED12TMA2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TS2640N14E172 manufactured by Api-Elmo and we are pleased to be able to service most Api-Elmo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SPH1803CXMPP by Manufacturer Speedtronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand TLA230PHJ32AN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as Spec36P155Z509 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TT295203058C made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular UCME570 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the U505012EL8 by Sanyo and Spec36P155Z509 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ST80C4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lafert. |
