COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa UGHMED-06GG106 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eko-Electric-Works products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eko-Electric-Works such as the TIR850H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T25R1303AXE manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SK71L4BRE5 by Manufacturer Nord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGMS10VSAB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lh such as TTM3312Y2Y115 equipment made by Lh have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lh products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lh" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TLYA130PBJ64AAB made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular TS4083N11E34 original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SK9022 by Nord and TTM3312Y2Y115 spares by Lh are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TT295303058A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Industrial-Drive. |
