COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa UGCMEM-15-MC52 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stogra products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Superior product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stogra such as the SM56118J1F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TT42063017C manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS242T by Manufacturer Superior as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lincoln Brand SRN4H033TCN61 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thk-Co. such as TD100CU200ACGA20LU10U equipment made by Thk-Co. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thk-Co. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thk-Co." in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMS10ASAB made by Yaskawa as well as the popular TS42BDKNPS original spares produced by Parker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SSAF12100N1 by Shibaura-Toshiba and TD100CU200ACGA20LU10U spares by Thk-Co. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SUPERE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
