COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa UGCMED04AA2XX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marathon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the TTRB45004201B29L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TIKKDCKL1405TDZ manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U005A by Manufacturer Marathon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lh Brand TTM3312Y2Y115 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tai-Shi such as TS4KWA equipment made by Tai-Shi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tai-Shi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tai-Shi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SM2316DTPLS2 made by Animatics as well as the popular SPH1872CXMPP original spares produced by Speedtronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SVL207 by Ac-Servo-Motor and TS4KWA spares by Tai-Shi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TSNM18012703 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
