COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa UAASKA-15CA1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vickers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the SK90161AZ71S4CUS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T10S149M3P152 manufactured by Vickers and we are pleased to be able to service most Vickers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SK02040AZH71L4SK71L4CUS by Manufacturer Nord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Motivation Brand T80B4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Emerson such as T625 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TTB129533002N made by Industrial-Drives as well as the popular TLYA230THJ64AATLYA230THJ64AA original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SPH1803CXMPP by Speedtronics and T625 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SVM2301381673 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Automation-Direct. |
