COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa TFUE-30ZD7 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Motor-Power products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sm-Bevel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Shinano-Kenshi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Motor-Power such as the T85SR12RH14501A16104 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Sumimoto manufactured by Sm-Bevel and we are pleased to be able to service most Sm-Bevel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SST83D1C020 by Manufacturer Shinano-Kenshi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nikken Brand SP00205 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nord such as SK71L4BRE5 equipment made by Nord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nord" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMGH30ACA6CAC made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SM10040050P045S1B0 original spares produced by Elau Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMPH02BAE41D by Yaskawa and SK71L4BRE5 spares by Nord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SK2280S4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nord. |
