COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMSV-20A3A6C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yasakawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Servoflex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Elau product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yasakawa such as the SGMG13AWAYR11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SFA07ENC manufactured by Servoflex and we are pleased to be able to service most Servoflex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SB07040100511S0164EOKN by Manufacturer Elau as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand S44KEB0F010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fine-Sodick such as SBMOS01 equipment made by Fine-Sodick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fine-Sodick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fine-Sodick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SER311174L3SS0CB made by Berger-Lahr as well as the popular SGMAH01A1F41 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S61GA00F010 by Modicon and SBMOS01 spares by Fine-Sodick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RX61DT90S4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
