COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMPH-02BAA4C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nidec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mj-Tooling parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Harmonic-Drive-Systems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nidec such as the S11S265R113F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SD7424 manufactured by Mj-Tooling and we are pleased to be able to service most Mj-Tooling systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RH14B3002E100ALVISPA1544 by Manufacturer Harmonic-Drive-Systems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand S44KR00P010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGM04A314M equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RF47DT90L6 made by Eurodrive as well as the popular SGMAS01A2A41 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGM08UW12SP by Yaskawa and SGM04A314M spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SE20010875 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nexen. |
