COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMPH-02A1E41D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mj-Tooling products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sterling parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mj-Tooling such as the SD0553 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SBY152PHA manufactured by Sterling and we are pleased to be able to service most Sterling systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RGZEESD by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGMGH75A2AYR14 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as S610442 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMGV55A3A21 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SGMG20A2ABS original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S47DEB0F010 by Aeg and S610442 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMAS01A2A41 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
