COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMP-15A3A4EPU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Berger-Lahr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Techtop parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Berger-Lahr such as the SER39C4L3SSOAOO spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RD1RSTF215TCZ4BB10 manufactured by Techtop and we are pleased to be able to service most Techtop systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S33ANNHRNUM00 by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mj-Tooling Brand SD7430 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Berger-Lahr such as RDS12B3S0AS3100 equipment made by Berger-Lahr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Berger-Lahr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Berger-Lahr" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SD7671 made by Mj-Tooling as well as the popular SGMP08AWYR11 original spares produced by Yasakawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SAM1070 by Yaskawa and RDS12B3S0AS3100 spares by Berger-Lahr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RX61DT90S4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
