COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMJV-08ADE6S+SGDV-5R5A01A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Beijer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tamagawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Beijer such as the E150Beijer spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RYC152C3VVT2 manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TS5214N510 by Manufacturer Tamagawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand A953GOTSBD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as NT631CST141V1 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 546091 made by Scientific-Atlanta as well as the popular UM858UM873C original spares produced by Nachi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PT6C20D8 by Allen-Bradley and NT631CST141V1 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CSD301BX2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
