COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMJV-04ADE6S+SGDV-2R8A01B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Copley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Copley such as the 197443710107011556RE0201168E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC755CSS15CDA manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 140DDI84100 by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Proface Brand pl7921t41 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Crt-Solutions such as 14COLORNYCRT equipment made by Crt-Solutions have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crt-Solutions products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crt-Solutions" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DCSS800LIOmoduleAI801 made by Abb as well as the popular VT150XAVMD10000KS original spares produced by Vartech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7ML18301KM by Siemens and 14COLORNYCRT spares by Crt-Solutions are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2711PRL7C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
