COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMGV-55ADC6C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prototrak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 2711PT10C4D82711PRDT10C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AGE manufactured by Prototrak and we are pleased to be able to service most Prototrak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMJV04ADE6SSGDV2R8A01B by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weinview Brand MT6070IH7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A61L00010118 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MT8070IH made by Weintek as well as the popular FX2N48MT001 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the V606iC10 by Hach and A61L00010118 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2711PRDB10C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
